The MAX Challenge of Freehold strongly believes in giving back to the community and are happy to announce that Camp Quality of New Jersey has been selected as their charity for their MAX Day of Giving. Camp Quality is an organization that provides support for children battling cancer and their families at no cost. Camp Quality started in Sydney Australia. The founder, Vera Entwistle, introduced the organization to several countries, including the U.S. Each location hosts a week long camp for children in the Summer and a reunion in the Fall. They also offer year-round events that include holiday parties, weekend trips, and day trips. During the week-long camp children can participate in numerous activities, some of which include canoeing, dancing, sports, swimming, talent shows, and concerts. This is a great opportunity for children to make friends and have a week full of fun and excitement. Camp Quality gives these children and their families hope while helping the children cultivate life skills. Every camper gets paired up with a companion who provide care for the children and make their experience at Camp Quality unforgettable.
